BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor of the city of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and directed to execute an amendment to the contract with the County of San Bernardino acting as the Area Agency on Aging approving a revised budget for the Senior Nutrition Program in the amount of $20,000 for the purchase of raw foods necessary to improve the meal service for the budget year 1990-1991, a copy of which is attached marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by hereto, reference as fully as though set forth at length. agreement authorized by this SECTION 2. The resolution until fully signed and shall not take effect executed by both parties. Neither party shall be obligated hereunder unless and until the agreement is fully executed and no oral agreement relating thereto shall be implied or authorized. SECTION 3.
