RESOLUTION NO. 91-104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL
NO. 1001 FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING IN PORTIONS OF PENNSYLVANIA
AVENUE AND IN THE EDISON COMPANY RIGHT-OF-WAY LYING WITHIN TRACT NO. 14118,
IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, AND APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM MAP NO. 1001.
5 WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
6 on December 10, 1991, adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 90-481, to
7 order the work described therein to be done under the provisions of Chapter
8 12.90 of the San Bernardino City Municipal Code; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council on December 10, 1991,
approved the Engineer's Report on the proposed assessment district, which
report includes a proposed assessment roll and Assessment District Map
relative to Assessment District No. 1001; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 90-481, the
15 City of San Bernardino proceeded without Notice and Hearing; and

WHEREAS, incidental expenses totaling $1,840.95 have been incurred
for the establishment of the district, which must be spread over the
individual parcels of said assessment district, the City has computed and set
forth in attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by r'eference the
first year assessment for each individual parcel, all of which are as set
forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby declared to be the Assessment
District No. 1001 Roll for 1991-92 for the Pennsylvania and Birch Area
Landscape Maintenance District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and
determine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of
land within Assessment District No. 1001 are correctly set forth on
Assessment Roll No. 1001 for the fiscal year 1991-92, Pennsylvania and Birch
Area Landscape Maintenance District, designated as Exhibit "A" for total
costs of establishing the district which Exhibit is attached hereto and is
incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor and Common Council do hereby
confirm said assessments.
