HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-095 1 2 3 4 RESOLUTION NO. 91-95 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN ELECTRIC SERVICE AT THE WATER DEPARTMENT'S MEYERS CANYON RESERVOIR. 5 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL 6 OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino, a Municipal 8 Corporation, does hereby grant an easement to Southern California 9 Edison Company to construct and maintain electrical service to the 10 11 12 13 14 Water Department's Meyers Canyon Reservoir, located at 7301 Little League Drive. SECTION TWO: That the said Grant of Easement referred to herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though 15 set forth at length herein, is hereby approved. 16 SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of 17 San Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute said 18 Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino. 19 20 21 22 23 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 18th day of March , 1991, by the following vote to wit: 24 II I I 25 1111 26 1111 27 I I I I 28 1111 2126/91 RESOLUTION.
