BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: The City of San Bernardino hereby accepts the Corporation Grant Deed from San Gorgonio Land Company, a California corporation, as set forth in Exhibit "1" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at length herein. SECTION TWO: That the property acquired herein is dedicated for Water Department use.
