AMENDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES . . .", BY AMENDING APPENDICES A 2 AND B TO ADD, DELETE AND CHANGE THE TITLES OF VARIOUS POSITIONS WITHIN DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY WHICH MUST FILE 3 CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENTS. 4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 91-12 Appendix A and Appendix B are amended as set forth in Appendix A and Appendix B attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full.
