HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-413 1 2 3 4 5 6 RESOLUTION NO. 92-413 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A CONTRACT TO ELECTRO CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION FOR INSTALLATION OF SECURITY LIGHTING AT LYTLE CREEK, WILDWOOD, PERRIS HILL AND NICHOLSON PARKS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Electro Construction Corporation is the 7 lowest responsible bidder for: Installation of Security Lighting 8 in Lytle Creek, Wildwood, Perris Hill, and Nicholson Parks, per 9 Plan No. 8747. A contract is awarded accordingly to said bidder 10 for the total amount of $154,130.00, but such award shall be 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 effective only upon the contract being fully executed by both All other bids, therefore, are hereby rejected. The parties. Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City; a copy of the contract is on file in the office of the City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length. SECTION 2. This contract and any amendment or modi fica- tions thereto shall not take effect or become operative until fully signed and executed by the parties and no party shall be 20 obligated hereunder until the time of such full execution. No 21 oral agreements, amendments, modifications or waivers are 22 intended or authorized and shall not be implied from any act or 23 course of conduct of any party. 24 SECTION 3.
