ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR THE CENTRAL CITY MALL AREA AND THE FIVE-LEVEL CIVIC CENTER PARKING STRUCTURE. ." TO RESERVE TWELVE PARKING SPACES FOR THE USE OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, INCLUDING ONE HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE, AND A LOADING ZONE, IN THE FIFTH LEVEL OF THE FIVE-LEVEL CIVIC CENTER PARKING STRUCTURE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 89-395, which restricts 9 parking for the Central City Mall area and the five-level Civic 10 Center parking structure, Section One, Subsection (B), is amended 11 to read: 12 "(B) Reserved Parking in the Five-Level Civic Center 13 Parking Structure. It is unlawful for any person to stop, stand, 14 or park a vehicle in a reserved or handicapped parking space in 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 the Five-Level Civic Center Parking Structure located north of Second Street and south of City Hall, unless that vehicle bears an authorized parking sticker or handicapped placard. 1. On the first level of the Five-Level Civic Center Parking Structure, the following parking spaces shall be reserved for vehicles bearing authorized parking stickers: (a) The most northerly twenty-four (24) parking 22 spaces situated in the first row (Row A), counting the rows in 23 sequence from the west side of the parking structure, are 24 reserved for City vehicles; the first six of which are 25 specifically designated for Motor Pool Vehicles, and the seventh 26 and eighth space of which are specifically designated for 27 building maintenance vehicles. 28 (b) The most northerly twenty-five (25) parking 9--24-92 RESO.: AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. DEVELOPMENT AGENCY. 89-395 TO RESERVE TWELVE PARKING PARKING STRUCTURE> FOR ECONOMIC 1 spaces situated on the west side of the second row (Row B), and 2 the most northerly twenty-five (25) parking spaces situated on 3 the east side of the second row (Row B), counting the rows in 4 sequence from the west side of the parking structure, are 5 reserved for City vehicles; the first two spaces of which on, the 6 east side, are specifically designated for building maintenance 7 vehicles. 8 2. On the second level of the Five-Level Civic Center 9 Parking Structure, the following parking spaces shall be reserved 10 for vehicles bearing authorized parking stickers: 11 (a) The most southerly eleven (11) parking spaces 12 following the first three parking spaces, situated on the west 13 side of the fourth row (Row D), counting the rows in sequence 14 from the west side of the parking structure, are reserved for 15 Heritage vehicles. 16 3. On the third level of the Five-Level Civic Center 17 Parking Structure, the following parking spaces shall be reserved 18 for vehicles bearing authorized parking stickers: 19 (a) All of the thirty (30) parking spaces situated in 20 the first row (Row A), all of the seventy-nine parking spaces 21 situated in the second row (Row B), and all of the thirty-seven 22 (37) parking spaces on the west side of third row (Row C), 23 24 25 26 27 28 counting the rows in sequence from the west side of the parking structure, are reserved for Radisson Hotel vehicles. (b) The most northerly fourteen (14) parking spaces situated on the east side of the third row (Row C), counting the rows in sequence from the west side of the parking structure, are reserved for City Board and Commission vehicles and the most - 2 - RESC: AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. DEVELOPMENT AGENCY. 89-395 TO RESERVE Tl'lELVE PARKING PARKING STRUCTURE FOR ECONOMIC 1 southerly twenty-three (23) parking spaces situated on the east 2 side of the third row (Row C), counting the rows in sequence from 3 the west side of the parking structure, are reserved for the 4 5 Radisson Hotel vehicles. (c) The most northerly twelve (12) parking spaces 6 situated on the west side of the fourth row (Row D), counting the 7 rows in sequence from the west side of the parking structure, are 8 reserved for the Council and Staff vehicles and the southerly 9 thirty-one (31) parking spaces situated on the west side of the 10 fourth row (Row D), counting the rows in sequence from the west 11 12 13 side of the parking structure, are reserved for Radisson Hotel vehicles. (d) The most northerly eleven (11) parking spaces on 14 the east side of the fourth row (Row D), counting the rows in 15 sequence from the west side of parking structure, are reserved 16 for the Mayor and Staff vehicles. 17 18 19 (e) The most northerly first, second, four and fifth parking spaces situated in the fifth row (Row E), counting the rows in sequence from the west side of the parking structure, 20 shall be reserved for handicapped parking only. 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 4. On the fourth level of the Five-Level Civic Center Parking Structure, none of the parking spaces are reserved. 5. On the fifth level of the Five-Level Civic Center Parking Structure, the following parking spaces shall be reserved for vehicles bearing authorized parking stickers: (a) The most southerly twelve (12) parking spaces following the first nine parking spaces, situated on the first row (Row A), counting the rows in sequence from the west side of - 3 - RESO: ~ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-395 TO RESERVE T>-JELVE PARKING SPACES IN F~VE-LEVEL.
