RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING AND SETTING A FAIR MARKET VALUE AND SALES PRICE OF S1.000.00 AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT- ING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED CONVEYING THAT CERTAIN SURPLUS PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF RIALTO AVENUE AND WEST OF PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, TO SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 7 SECTION J.
