2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT OF LEASE BY AND BETWEEN THE SEDLAK
3 FAMILY TRUST AND THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO. (SBETA)
4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of said City an Amendment of Lease by and
between the Sedlak Family Trust and the City of San Bernardino for
the offices of the San Bernardino Employment and Training Agency.
SECTION 2.
The authorization to execute the above-
referenced agreement is rescinded if the parties to the agreement
fail to execute it within sixty (60) days of the passage of this
resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 17th

AMENDMENT OF LEASE
THIS AMENDMENT OF LEASE, made and entered into this 29th
day of September 1992, by and between the SEDLAK FAMILY
TRUST, herein called the Lessor, and the CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO,
hereinafter called the Lessee;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by written lease dated October 4, 1989, the Lessor
did let and lease to the Lessee certain premises fully described
in said lease (and briefly described as that certain office build-
ing commonly known as 646 North Sierra Way containing approxi-
mately 7225 square feet, along with 75 parking spaces) for a term
beginning October 1, 1989, and ending September 30, 1990, and
WHEREAS, said lease was amended to extend the term thereof
by a written amendment dated November 8, 1990, to extend the term
to end on September 30, 1992, and tT> provide for certain improve-
ments to be completed by Lessor, and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to further extend the term and
adjust the rental of said lease, and to provide for additional
improvements to be completed by Lessor,
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The term of said lease is extended an additional period
of two (2) years, beginning the first day of October, 1992, and
ending the 30th day of September, 1994.
2. The monthly rental fee shall be increased by 9.6%, to
$4,046.00 per month.
3. Lessor will paint the two (2) buildings located on the
property and install landscaping in the parking lot by November
16, 1992.

AMENDMENT OF LEASE RE: SEDLAK FAMILY TRUST
3 Failure to complete said improvements shall constitute a material
4 breach of this agreement.
4.
Except as amended herein, said lease, as previously
amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment
of Lease on the day and date first above shown.
