OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING THE 1992-93 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 986, LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE, ASSESSMENT RIALTO AND 4 5 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 89-214, the 'Iayor' and Common Council 6 found thai the public interest, conveniencp, and necessity required the 7 formation of a landscaping maintenclllce district; and 8 9 WHEREAS, by said Reso] uti on No. 89-21!~, thE: ~';d,\'Or and Common 10 Council for'med an ?!ssessment district known as Assessment District Nu. 986 11 for the purpose of providiug ldndscaping maintenallce in the area of Rialto 12 13 Avenue and Macy Street pursu"nt to the provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the San Bernardino City Municipal Code; and 14 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 89-143, the Mayor and Common Council 15 declared that all the land irwluded within the boundaries of sdid distdct 16 will be benefited by the maintenance of sdid landscaping; and 17 18 said Rpsolution \'0.89-143 declared that an WHEREAS, annua] 19 dss.ssment shall be levied on all land within the district to provide fWlding 20 for said landscaping maintenance and the administration thel'pot; dnd 21 WHEREAS, an Assessment Ro 11 ItclS been prepared totdl ing S20, 974. SECTION 2. That the City CIeri, is directed to cause a cupy of this Reso! lltion to be transmilled to the Office of the Auditor-Controller for the County of San Bernardino with tbe r"que"1 thal the individual assessments he placed on the subject 1992-93 pr~perty tax hills for collection togethec with all other- pr'opedy taxes.
