RESOLUTION NO.
92-264
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DETERMINING THAT
CENTRAL AVENUE, EAST OF TIPPECANOE AVENUE, IS NOT PRESENTLY
NEEDED FOR VEHICULAR ACCESS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The referred street does not presently serve
any development.
SECTION 2.
Based on a traffic engineering study, the
streets are not needed for vehicular access and closure is
permissible per Vehicle Code Section 21101 (al with appropriate
findings by the Legislative Body.
SECTION 3. The street shall be closed as shown on the
maps attached until such time as development necessitates
vehicular access. Easements and utilities shall remain in place
in the existing dedicated roadway.
