RESOLUTION NO.
92-212
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AN
INTERFUND LOAN FROM THE SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTION FUND (245) TO THE
3 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND (251), IN THE AMOUNT OF $84,708.77 TO
FRONT THE ESTIMATED COSTS TO BE INCURRED DURING THE 1992-93
4 FISCAL YEAR, IN CONNECTION WITH THE MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING IN
IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS NOS. 974, 975, 981, 986 AND 989.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
6 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby directed to
8 make an inter fund loan from the Sewer Line Construction Fund
9 (245) in the amount of $84,708.77, to front the estimated costs
10 to be incurred during the 1992-93 Fiscal Year, in connection with
11 the maintenance of landscaping in portions of Sixteenth Street,
12 through Assessment Districts Nos. 974, 975, 981, 986 and 989.

SECTION 2.
The loan from the Sewer Line Construction
14 Fund (245) shall be repaid with interest, at the prevailing
15 portfolio rate, in the 1993-94 Fiscal Year from assessments
16 placed on the parcels within Assessment Districts Nos. 974, 975,
17 981, 986 and 989.
