LANCASTER, FOR LOTS 224, 225 AND 226 OF TRACT NO. 2258, MAP BOOK 32, PAGES 72-77 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY RECORDS, LOCATED ON OGDEN STREET BETWEEN NOLAN STREET AND CAJON BOULEVARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: The city of San Bernardino hereby accepts the Grant Deed from William Lane, an unmarried man, and Cynthia M. Lancaster, an unmarried woman, as set forth in Exhibit "I" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at length herein. SECTION TWO: That the property acquired herein is dedicated for Water Department use.
