HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-144 , 1 2 3 4 5 6 RESOLUTION NO. 92-144 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCEPTING THE APPRAISER'S DETERMINATION OF FAIR MARKET VALUE OF STREET AND HIGHWAY EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF ENTRY FOR THE EAST SIDE OF TIPPECANOE BETWEEN HARDT STREET AND LAURELWOOD DRIVE, SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AND CERTIFYING THE WORK OF THE APPRAISER. WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino is contemplating the 7 acquisition of Street and Highway easements and Rights of Entry along the 8 East side of Tippecanoe Avenue between Hardt Street and Laurelwood Drive in 9 the City of San Bernardino; and 10 WHEREAS, Thirteen owners representing nineteen parcels of real 11 property from which the easements and Rights of Entry are to be acquired are 12 involved; and 13 WHEREAS, the City desires to now acquire the said Street and 14 Highway easements and Rights of Entry across said lots and parcels; and 15 WHEREAS, City has reviewed the Appraiser's determination of the 16 fair market value of the land and his report thereon; and 17 WHEREAS, the City intends to acquire said easements and Rights 18 of Entry with Measure "1" - ~.; sales tax funds. 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL 20 OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO THAT: 21 SECTION 1. That said Street and Highway easements and Rights of 22 Entry across said lots and parcels of real property situated in the City of 23 San Bernardino are generally described as follows: 24 Portions of all that real property in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, known as Assessor's Parcels numbers as follows: 25 26 27 28 0281-151-21; 0281-131-01; 0281-132-27; 0281-131-29; 0281-151-41 0281-112-26; 0281-151-42; 0281-151-22; 0281-151-20; 0281-151-49; 0281-131-30; 0281-151-50; 0281-112-29; 0281-133-03; 0281-112-39 0281-151-43; 0281-112-28 ; 0281-133-02; 0281-112-40 ; 04-13-92 RESOLUTION AC~EPTING FAIR MARKET VALUE TIPPECANOE AVE. 1 and are hereby determined, based upon the Appraiser's report to have a 2 aggregate fair market value of $76,150.00 and said amount is hereby 3 established as the fair market value for said easements and Rights of Entry 4 and authorizes payment therefore accordingly. 5 SECTION 2.
