HomeMy WebLinkAbout1993-441 RESOLUTION NO. 93-441 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN 1 BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A NEW ALTERNATE DELEGATE TO THE 2 SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SOLID WASTE ADVISORY TASK FORCE 3 4 WHEREAS, the California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989 (AB 939) requires a Solid Waste Advisory Task Force (SWATF) to be 5 formed by each county; and, 6 7 elected officials serving as delegates for each of the jurisdictions 8 WHEREAS, the San Bernardino is comprised of County SWATF in San Bernardino County; and, 9 WHEREAS, each SWATF member may appoint a staff alternate to 10 said delegate; and, 11 WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Sanitation ordinarily follows 12 issues related to solid waste management to advise City leaders, 13 NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City 14 of San Bernardino does hereby appoint the Superintendent of 15 Sanitation as an alternate delegate to the SWATF, and hereby directs 16 staff to inform the SWATF secretary of said appointment by letter. 17 / /I / 18 /I /I 19 /I /I 20 /I /I 21 /I /I 22 /I /I 23 /I /I 24 /I /I 25 /1/1 26 /I /I 27 28 November 8, 1993 1 193-441 I I I 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A NEW ALTERNATE DELEGATE TO TH SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SOLID WASTE ADVISORY TASK FORCE I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopte by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at TP-aular meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of December 1993, by the following vote, to wit: Council Members: Aves Navs Abstain Absen NEGRETE ---1L- CURLIN ---1L- HERNANDEZ ---1L- OBERHELMAN ---1L- DEVLIN ---1L- POPE-LUDLAM ---1L- MILLER ---1L- 1{ MAid '{2Q CLJL!G ~ x1CWd;IJt~~~t<rlk 0} resolution is hereby approved th1S ~day 0 The foregoing npC"',:.mhPT I 1993.
