94-360
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 655 ENTITLED, IN PART, "A RESOLUTION.
DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS THROUGH
HIGHWAYS. .;" AND PROVIDING THAT PIEDMONT DRIVE, NORTH/SOUTH
PORTION, IS A THROUGH HIGHWAY AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH PIEDMONT
DRIVE, EAST/WEST PORTION. (INTERSECTION IS LOCATED EAST OF SEINE
AVENUE AND NORTH OF HIGHLAND AVENUE.)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Resolution No. 655, which desiqnates certain
streets or portions thereof as through highways, Section 1, is
amended by adding Subsection 13.9 to read:
"13.9 PIEDMONT DRIVE (NORTHI SOUTH PORTION)

At its intersection with Piedmont Drive (East./I-Jest

Portion) . " (Intersection is located past of SRine
13
Avenue and North of Highland Avenue.)
