SHANDIN HILLS DRIVE, "F" STREET, MOUNTAIN DRIVE (SHANDIN HILLS AREA). 1993-94 AS- MAINTENANCE, AND LITTLE 4 5 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 84-448, the Mayor and Common Council found 6 that the public interest, convenience. and necessity required the formation 7 of a landscaping construction and maintenance district; and 8 9 10 11 12 13 WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 84-448, the Mayor and Common Council formed an assessment district known as Assessment District No. 959 for the purpose of providing landscaping maintenance in the Shand in Hills Al"'il pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the San Bernardino City Munic- ipal Code; and 14 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 84-335 the Mayor and Common Council declared 15 that all the land included within the boundaries of said district will he 16 bEnefited by the maintenance of said landscaping; and 17 18 19 20 WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 84-335 declared that an annual assessm,'ot shall be levied on all land within the district to provide funding for said landscaping maintenance and the administration thereof; and 21 WHEREAS, an Assessment Roll has been prepared totaling $35,246.17 for 22 Zone 1, $2,810.93 for Zone 2, or $38,057.10 for the entire District whi ,,11 23 sets forth the individual assessments to be levied on each of the parcels of 24 land within Assessment District No. 959 for the fiscal year 1993-94; 25 III 26 III 27 I I I 28 6/01/93 RES 93-192 , RESOLUTION APPRV. 1993 ASSES. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and deter- mine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of I""d within Assessment District No. 959 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 959 for the fiscal year 1993-94, designated as Exhibit "A" ,,,d altached hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to be transmitted to the Office of the Auditor-Controller for the County of San Bernardino with the request that the individual assessments he placed on the subject 1993-94 property tax bills for collection together with all other property taxes.
