BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l. If, after 30 days, an alternative course of action is not agreed upon, this AyL="ent shall be deelred to be tenninated ,by nutual =nsent. 3.6 '!his agreement may be cancelled upon thirty (30) days written notice of either party, however, ocsts in::urred up to the effective date of cancellation shall be shared in the manner provided heretofore. 3.7 'Ibis Il<,jL="ent shall tenninate upon canpletion of the project ani payment of final bill:in;J by the CITY for its share of the project.
