RESOLUTION NO.
93-33
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT ACROSS CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI ON 1.
That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of San
Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the

as though set forth in length herein, located on the North side of
of Valencia Avenue, more particularly described in

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by

County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
That portion of Lot 3, Block 1 of Arrowhead Junction Tract as per map recorded in Book 12 of Maps, page II,
records of the County Recorder of said County as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 3, distant 290 feet Easterly of the Southwesterly
corner thereof; thence Northerly, along a line that is parallel with the Westerly line of said lot 3, a distance of
113 feet to the Tn. Polat oIl1epaalag; thence continuing Northerly along said paral]el line, a distance of 81
fect, more or less, to the a point on the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of Lot 1 of Evans
Subdivision Tract No. 2760, as per map recorded in Book 39 of Maps, page 22, records of said County;
thence, Easterly, along said prolongation, a distance of 25 feet; thence Southerly, along a line that is parallel
with the Westerly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 81 feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly comer of that
certain easement conveyed by Instrument No. 86-336379. recorded November 13, 1986, Official Record. of
said County; thence Westerly, along the Northerly line of said easement; and its Westerly prolongation, a
distance of 25 feet, more or less, to the True PoUlt of ~...."....
