BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of San Bernardino, a second amendment to lease with the Boy's Club of San Bernardino which second amendment to lease is attached hereto as Exhibit "1" and is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at length. SECTION 2. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the parties entered into that certain lease dated November 25, 1981, hereinafter referred to as "Lease" and WHEREAS, the parties entered into a First Amendment of said lease on July 11, 1984, and WHEREAS, the parties desire now to further amend said lease. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto agree as follows: Section 1. Section 2 of the Lease is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2. Description. City hereby leases to the Boys Club the real property described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached to this agreement and incorporated in it by this reference, and all improvements on the property, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The provisions of Section 12, of this agreement shall not apply to the property described in Exhibit "B"." Section 2. Exhibit "B" is hereby added to the Lease as shown on Exhibit 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 3. Assignment a. Any assignee or sublesse shall agree to hold the City harmless and provide insurance all in keeping with Section 8 of the lease, and shall name City as an additional insured. c.
