AMENDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES . . .", BY AMENDING APPENDICES A AND B TO ADD, DELETE AND CHANGE THE TITLES OF VARIOUS POSITIONS WITHIN DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY WHICH MUST FILE CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENTS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 92-466 Appendix A and Appendix B are amended as set forth in Appendix A and Appendix B attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full. Consultant Consultants shall be included in the list of designated employees and shall disclose pursuant to the broadest disclosure category in the code subject to the following limitation: The Mayor may determine in writing that a particular consultant, although a "designated position," is hired to perform a range of duties that is limited in scope and thus is not required to fully comply with the disclosure requirements described in this section. Such written determination shall include a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon that description, a statement of the extent of disclosure requirements. The Mayor's determination is a pUblic record and shall be retained for public inspection in the same manner and location as this conflict of interest code.
