HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-438 J)/13/95 1 2 3 4 5 RESOLUTION NO. 95-438 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING AND SETTING A "BASE PRICE" OF $100,000, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAItl DEED CONVEYING THOSE CERTAIN PARCELS OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCAT- ED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 5TH STREET EAST OF "E" STREET, IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, TO THE REDEVELOPtlENT AGENCY OF SAN BERNARDINO. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE tlAYOR AND COntlON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN 6 BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1. The tlayor and Common Council of the City of San 8 Bernardino hereby establish a fair "base price" of One Hundred Thousand 9 Dollars ($100,000.00) for said properties and set the sales price of said 10 property at no less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), within 11 five (5) years of the approval of this document. 12 SECTION 2.
