That Haaker Equipment Company is the lowest an each sewer cleaning truck in accordance with Bid Specificatio F-95-12 for the total amount of $172,185.57; pursuant to thi determination, the Finance Department is hereby authorized an directed to issue a purchase order for said one (1) each sewe cleaning truck to said responsible bidder; such award shall only b effective upon the issuance of a Purchase Order by the Finane Department; and all other quotations therefor are hereby rejected. SECTION 2. The authorization to execute the above reference purchase order is rescinded if it is not issued within sixty (60) days of the passage of this resolution.
