HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-291 ~ " 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 RESOLUTION NO. __~5--=-2~!..~,_, RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING AND SETTING A FAIR MARKET VALUE AND SALES PRICE OF $1,900.00 AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT- ING THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED CONVEYING THAT CERTAIN SURPLUS RIGHT- OF-WAY LOCATED NORTH OF 29TH STREET, BETWEEN PERSHING AVENUE AND ARROWHEAD AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, TO DOUGLAS W. AND CARLA c1. NEILL. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby establish a fair market value of One Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($1,900.00) for said excess right-of-way and set the sales price of said property at One Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($1,900.00). 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of San SECTION Bernardino, are authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City, a 13 Quit Claim Deed conveying said excess proper'ty located North of 29th Street 14 between Pershing Avenue and Arrowhead Avenue, to Douglas W. and Carla J. 15 16 17 18 19 20 Neill, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhi bi t n A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length.
