HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-101 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 95-101 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO FIXING AND ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR SERVICES AND FACILITIES FURNISHED BY THE CITY SEWERAGE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM LOCATED INSIDE THE INCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE CITY; PROVIDING THAT USERS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE INCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE CITY MAY RECEIVE SEWER SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS/CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS FOR USERS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE INCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE CITY SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 93-384. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Users Located Within and Users Located Outside the Incorporated Territorv of the City. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 13.16.020 and 13.32.180 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, any premises located within or located outside the incorporated territory of the City which are served by a connection to the system of sewage and waste treatment of the City or are within 200 feet of, or are situated on real property adjoining an existing sewer system and not connected thereto, shall be charged and the owner thereof shall pay a sewer service charge based upon the following schedule: SEWER UTILITY RATE REGIONAL FACILITIES & TREATMENT CHARGE COLLECTION SYSTEM CHARGE TOTAL MONTHLY CITY CHARGE CLASSIFICATION Residential (Single-Family, Duplex, Triplex) $ 13.25 per month/unit $1.3S/month/unit $14.60/unlt Multi-Family, Mobile Home Parks (4 or More Units) $ O.7Slhcf $ .1 Slhcf $ 0.90lhcf Retail, Commercial, Ught Industrial (Non-Office, Bakeries, Markets, Theaters, Dry Cleaners) $ 1.10lhcf $ .15lhcf $ 1.25lhcf $ 1.20lhcf $.15lhcf $ 1.35lhcf Auto Repair, Car Wash $ .15lhcf $ 1.10lhcf Offices, Motels (Without Restaurants) $ .95lhcf 3/23/94 1 -~':/ RESOLlITION OF THE CrIY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOONG AND ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR SERVICES AND FACILITIES FURNISHED BY THE CITY SEWERAGE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM LOCATED INSIDE THE INCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE CrIY; PROVIDING THAT USERS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE INCORPORATED TERRITORY... Charges for commercial dischargers shall be computed based upon actual water consumption as reflected by water meter readings for the billing period. Billings based on such water consumption may be reduced for the purpose of establishing sewer service charges subject to "seasonal" or "consumptive" use as recognized and approved by the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of San Bernardino. Residential dischargers, for the purpose of this resolution, shall be any single family dwelling unit, any duplex or triplex family dwelling unit not requiring a City license for occupancy and operation. City shall have the right to terminate such services by giving a ninety (90) day notice in writing to the user; and, said user and owner shall be subject to any increase in said fee or fees, charges and amounts, which may be imposed from time to time by amending this resolution. / / 3/23/94 2 at". 1'7/ RESOLUTION OF THE CIlY OF SAN BERNARDINO FIXING AND ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR SERVICES AND FACILmES FURNISHED BY THE CITY SEWERAGE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM LOCATED INSIDE THE INCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE CITY; PROVIDING TIlAT USERS LOCATED OUTSIDE 1HE INCORPORATED TERRITORy...
