RESOLUTION NO.
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDHTO AvlARDING A
CONTRACT TO MOODY CONSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION OF A HANDICAP
3 RAMP AND RESTR00l1 REHODEL FOR THE COUNCIL CHAr!BERS IN CITY HALL.

SECTION 1. Hoody Construction is the lowest responsible
bidder for: Installation of a Handicap RaMp and RestrooM Remodel
for the Council Chambers in City Hall, per Plan No. 9568.
A
contract is a,larded accordingly to said bidder for the total
amount of $59,350.00, but such award shall be effective only upon
contract being fully executed by both parties. All other
therefore, are hereby rejected.
The Hayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said contract on behalf of the

City; a copy of the contract is on file in the office of the City
Clerk and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set
forth at length.
SECTION 2. This contract and any aMendElent or roodifica--
tions thereto shall not take effect or become operative until
fully signed and executed by the parties and no party shall be
obligated hereunder until the time of such full execution. No
oral
agreements, amendments,
modifications or waivers are
intended or authorized and shall not be implied fron any act or
course of conduct of any party.
SECTION 3.
This resolution is rescinded if the parties
to the contract fail to execute it within ninety (90) days of the
passage of this resolution.
