RESOLUTION NO. 96-296
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A
PURCHASE ORDER TO MORTON INTERNATIONAL FOR THE FURNISHING AND
3 DELIVERY OF TRAFFIC PAINT AND SUPPLIES.

BE IT RESOINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Morton International is the recomTIended
vp-ndor for the furnishing and delivery of Traffic Paint and
Supplies, per Specification No.
F-97-03,
for a total anount of
$41,129.79. Pursuant to this determination, the Purchasing Agent
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase order for
said product to said vendor; but such award shall only be
effective upon the issuance of a Purchase Order by the Purchasing

Agent; and all other quotations are hereby rejected.

SECTION 2. The authorization to execute the above
14 within
referenced purchase order is rescinded if it is not issued
15
sixty (60) days of the passage of this resolution.
