HomeMy WebLinkAbout1996-259 1 RESOLUTION NO. 96-259 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A 4 QUITCLAIM DEED OF A WATERLINE EASEMENT TO THE UNIVERSITY SERVICE CENTER PARTNERS, LTD., ACROSS CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH 5 SIDE OF INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY. 6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 SECTION 1.
