3 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A
4 QUITCLAIM DEED OF A WATERLINE EASEMENT TO THE UNIVERSITY SERVICE
CENTER PARTNERS, LTD., ACROSS CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH
5 SIDE OF INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY.
6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

8 SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the city of San Bernardino is
9 hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City,
10 Quitclaim Deed of a Waterline Easement across certain real property
11 located on the North side of Industrial Parkway, more fully
12 described in said Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is attached as
13 Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth
14 herein.
15 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
16 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
17 Bernardino at a regular
