RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A PURCHASE
ORDER TO CR JAESCHKE, INC. FOR FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1)
EACH 1996 14 FOOT 3 GANG ROTARY MOWER AND TWO (2) EACH 72 INCH
ROTARY MOWERS TO BE UTILIZED BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO IN ACCORDANCE WITH BID SPECIFICATION
F-96-19.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That CR Jaeschke, Inc. is the lowest and best
responsible bidder for the furnishing and delivery of one (1) each
14 foot 3 gang rotary mower and two (2) each 72 inch rotary mowers
in accordance with Bid specification F-96-19 for the total amount of
$61,729.17; pursuant to this determination, the Finance Department
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase order for
said

rotary mowers said lowest and best responsible bidder; such award
shall only be effective upon the issuance of a Purchase Order by the
Finance Department; and all other quotations therefor are hereby
16 rejected.

purchase order is rescinded if it is not issued within sixty (60)
days of the passage of this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
regular
meeting thereof, held on the 1st
