RESOLUTION NO. 97-332
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AND PACIFIC BELL MOBILE SERVICES, NORTH WEST
CORNER SECOND STREET AND MERIDIAN AVENUE (A PORTION OF NICHOLSON
PARK)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor ofthe City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and directed
to execute on behalf of said City an Amendment to Lease Agreement with Pacific Bell Mobile
Services, a copy of the lease is attached hereto as exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The authorization to execute the above referenced agreement is rescinded
if the parties to the agreement fail to execute it within sixty (60) days of the passage of this
resolution.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNICATIONS SITE LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNICA nONS SITE LEASE AGREE-
MENT ("First Amendment") between PACIFIC BELL MOBILE SERVICES, A CALIFORNIA
CORPORATION ("Lessee") and THE CITY ()F SAN BERNARDINO, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION ("Lessor") is dated as of the Jii day of November 1997.
RECITALS
A. Lessor and Lessee have entered into that certain Communications Site Lease
Agreement dated April 3, 1996 the ( "Lease").
B. Lessor and Lessee now wish to amend the Lease pursuant to this First Amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, the Lease is hereby amended as follows:
I. Exhibit "c" of the Lease is hereby replaced in its entirety with the Exhibit "c"
attached hereto.
Capitalized terms used in this First Amendment without definition shall have the meaning ascribed
to such terms in the Lease. Except as amended by this First Amendment, the provisions of the
Lease are hereby ratified and affirmed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment to the
Communications Site Lease Agreement as of the date first above written.
