RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
DIRECTOR OF PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES
DEPARTMENT TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN
BERNARDINO SENIOR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM DESIGNATING THE PARKS,
RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT AS A SENIOR
EMPLOYMENT TRAINING SITE.
SECTION I. The Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services
Department is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City, a worksite

9 provision of worksites by the City Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department

agreement with the San Bernardino County Senior Employment Program relating to the
for On-The-Job Training Program, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit" A"

SECTION 2. The authorization to execute the above referenced agreement is
rescinded if the parties to the agreement fail to execute it within sixty (60) days of the passage
of this resolution,

This form must be completed and returned before you can become eligible to be a tnlining site with the Senior
Employment Program, When we are able to enroll a participant from your area, or are seeking a new placement for
a current participant, your application will be evaluated a1ll11g with other tnlining site applicatilllls from your area to
determine the best placement for the participant. There are two basic criteria for evaluation: 1) the quality of the
training to be provided, and 2) the commilmeot made by the agency to either hire the participant or help them to
otherwise obtain unsubsidized employment.
2 Supervisor's Non-Federal In-Kind Conbibution R~
This fonn must be completed and returned in order to Juablish a dollar value for the time the supervisor will spend
in direct supervision and training of the participant placed with your agency, This information is necessary to show
a local, in-kind march in order to receive the federal grant funds The information supplied will be kept confidential,
