RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
6413, SECTION THIRTEEN, TEMPORARY/PART-TIME EMPLOYEES, ENTITLED IN
PART A "RESOLUTION. . . . ESTABLISHING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN. . ." BY
UPDATING INFORMATION CODIFYING PRIOR COUNCIL ACTIONS.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
5 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6413, Section Thirteen, is amended
to read as follows:

SECTION 2. Each employee filling a position on a part-time or
temporary basis with a salary established in Resolution 6413,
Sections 10, 11, 12, or 14 shall be paid the hourly equivalent of
the salary listed in that resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a joint regular meeting thereof, held on the 17th
