ESTABLISHING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN. . ." BY UPDATING INFORMATION CODIFYING PRIOR COUNCIL ACTIONS. 4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 5 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. Each employee filling a position on a part-time or temporary basis with a salary established in Resolution 6413, Sections 10, 11, 12, or 14 shall be paid the hourly equivalent of the salary listed in that resolution.
