APN 3 26-131-24 DEDICATED FOR WATER DEPARTMENT USE AS SURPLUS AND GRANTING SAID PARCEL BY QUITCLAIM TO W. R. HOLCOMB IN EXCHANGE FOR A UTILITY 4 EASEMENT DEDICATED FOR WATER DEPARTMENT USE. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN 6 BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 The City of San Bernardino hereby declares surplus SECTION ONE: 8 the property known as Parcel No. APN 26-131-24 as set forth in Exhibit 9 "1" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though 10 fully set forth at length herein. 11 The Mayor of the city of San Bernardino is hereby SECTION TWO: 12 authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City, a Quitclaim 13 Deed to Parcel No. APN 26-131-24 to W. R.
