BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 97-23, Appendix A, is amended as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full.
