RESOLUTION NO. 98-237 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A BAR CODE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MODULE AS AN ADDITION TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S EXISTING RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS). BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The San Bernardino Police Department is installing a new Tiburon Public Safety Records Management System. Presently, property retained by the Police Department is managed by a card based inventory system that is not part 11 12 of the new automated system. 13 SECTION 2. The Purchasing Manager of the City of San Bernardino is 14 authorized to issue purchase orders allowing the Police department to expend a 15 16 maximum of $ 30,257.00 for the purchase of a Property Room Bar Coding System from Tiburon Incorporated to automate the Property Room inventory process. 17 18 SECTION 3.
