TO ESTABLISH NO PARKING FROM SIX P.M. TO SIX A.M. ZONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ESI)ERANZA STREET FROM ARROWHEAD 5 A VENUE TO MT. VIEW A VENUE, AND A NO PARKING ANYTIME ZONE ON THE 6 SOUTH SIDE OF ESPERANZA STREET BETWEEN ARROWHEAD AVENUE AND MT. VIEW A VENUE. 7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MA YOI( AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 8 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 9 SECTION I: Resolution No. 3985 which prohibits parking upon certain designated 10 streets or portions thereof, Section One is amended by amending Subsection (10.1) 11 12 13 14 15 ESPERANZA STREET, to read as follows: "(10.1) ESPERANZA STREET (A) Between a point 120 feet easterly of Mt. Vernon Avenue and Mt. Vernon Avenue, applicable to the south side only. (B) Between Arrowhead Avenue and Mt. View Avenue between the hours 01'6:00 16 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., applicahle to the north side only. 17 18 side only." 19 III 20 III 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 (C) Between Arrowhead Avenue and Mt.
