HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-185 r 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Resolution No. 98-185 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AWARDING AN ANNUAL PURCHASE ORDER TO AMREP FOR MAINTENANCE, MATERIALS AND SERVICES TO BE UTILIZED BY THE FLEET DIVISION OF PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Amrep, Inc. is the sole source provider of parts, services and repairs of Refuse "front and side loaders". The total amount "not to exceed" $124,000.00; pursuant to this determination, the Finance Department is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Annual Purchase Order for said Amrep parts and repairs to said selection as there is no other alternative. Such award shall only be effective upon issuance of an Annual Purchase Order by the Finance Department. SECTION 2.
