RESOLUTION NO. 98-130
2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING A CERTAIN SCHEDULE FOR FIRE APPARATUS
3 REPLACEMENT BY THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO FIRE DEPARTMENT
CONTINGENT ON THE CONDITION OF THE RESPECTIVE VEHICLES AND THE
4 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The following schedule of replacement of fire apparatus is hereby established,

contingent on the condition of the fire apparatus and the availability of funds, for vehicles in the City
of San Bernardino Fire Department:
