HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-105 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Resolution No. 98-105 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING AN INCREASE TO THE ANNUAL PURCHASE ORDER TO COLTON TRUCK FOR PARTS AND SUPPLIES TO BE UTILIZED BY THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT FLEET DIVISION. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Colton Truck is a selected source provider of parts for the Refuse and other heavy equipment fleet. The total amount "not to exceed" $43,500.00; pursuant to this determination, the Finance Department is hereby authorized to increase the Annual Purchase Order by $6,000 for said Colton Truck. SECTION 2. The authorization to execute the above-referenced Annual Purchase Order is rescinded if it is not issued within sixty (60) days of the passage of this resolution.
