RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUlHORIZING AN
ANNUAL PURCHASE ORDER TO CALIFORNIA TURF FOR MAINTENANCE,
SUPPLIES AND SERVICES OF 'TORO' LAWNMOWERS, UTILIZED BY lHE
FLEET DMSION OF THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That California Tun is the preferred provider of "T oro" lawnmower parts
for the Parks and Recreation Department commerciallawnmowers. Pursuant to this
detennination, the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Annual
Purchase Order to California Turf for materials, supplies and services of T oro products in an
amount not to exceed $30,600.
SECTION 2. The authorization to execute the above referenced is rescinded if a
purchase order is not issued within sixty (60) days of the passage of this resolution.
