RESOLUTION NO. 1999-171 2 3 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT (ESG) FUNDS TO MARY'S MERCY CENTER, INC., OPTION HOUSE, INC., SALVATION ARMY AND FRAZEE COMMUNITY CENTER (THE "SUBRECIPIENTS") AND EXECUTION OF THE STANDARD ESG AGREEMENT BY THE MAYOR, WITH EACH SUBRECIPIENT, AS PREPARED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY 4 5 6 7 8 9 SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council hereby approve and authorize 10 11 allocation of Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds to Mary's Mercy Center ($14,342), Optio House, Inc. ($35,000), Frazee Community Center ($23,658), and Salvation Army ($65,000); and 12 SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the standard ES 13 Agreement as prepared and approved by the City Attorney, a copy of which is on file with th 14 City Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at length. 15 SECTION 3.
