RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF
EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT (ESG) FUNDS TO MARY'S
MERCY CENTER, INC., OPTION HOUSE, INC., SALVATION
ARMY AND FRAZEE COMMUNITY CENTER (THE
"SUBRECIPIENTS") AND EXECUTION OF THE STANDARD ESG
AGREEMENT BY THE MAYOR, WITH EACH SUBRECIPIENT, AS
PREPARED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY

SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council hereby approve and authorize

allocation of Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds to Mary's Mercy Center ($14,342), Optio
House, Inc. ($35,000), Frazee Community Center ($23,658), and Salvation Army ($65,000); and
12
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the standard ES
13
Agreement as prepared and approved by the City Attorney, a copy of which is on file with th
14
City Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at length.

SECTION 3. The authorization to execute the above referenced Agreements
16
rescinded if the parties to the Agreements fail to execute it within sixty (60) days of the passag
