3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT
4 BETWEEN THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA
5 PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1. That an amendment to the contract between the Mayor and
9 Common Council of the City of San Bernardino and the Board of Administration,

California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said
amendment being attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A," and by such reference made a
12
13 part hereof as though herein set out in full.
14 SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized,
15 empowered and directed to exeeute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency.

SECTION 3. This Ordinanee shall take affect forty-five (45) days after the date of
its adoption.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted by the
