RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 348
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DEDICATING A
PORTION OF CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY, LOCATED EAST OF SOUTH "E"
STREET AND SOUTH OF THE EASTERLY EXTENSION OF CHANDLER PLACE FOR
WATER DEPARTMENT USE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a portion of City of San Bernardino owned real property, generally
located east of South "E" Street and south of the easterly extension of Chandler Place (previously
known as Blood Bank Road), more fully described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby dedicated for use by the San Bernardino City Municipal Water Department for
wastewater treatment operations and appurtenant facilities.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR DEDICATION OF SEWER TREATMENT
PLANT NO. 2 FOR WATER DEPARTMENT USE.
Those portions of Lots 13, 14,23 and 24, Block 54 of the Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat
thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 23, said point being 791.25 feet east of the east
line of South "E" Street, having a half width of 50 feet, said point also being a 2 inch Iron Pipe
tagged as L.S. 2380 as shown Parcel Map No. 5284, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 51 of
Parcel Maps, pages 3 and 4, records of said County;
Thence North 890 44' 15" East, along said north line of Lot 23, to the northwest corner of said
Lot 24;
Thence North 890 36' 13.5" East, along the north line of said Lot 24, a distance of293.58 feet;
Thence South 000 20' 14" West, a distance of 1164.07 feet to a tangent curve, concave
northwesterly, having a radius of 1000 feet;
Thence southerly and southwesterly along said curve, through a central angle of 49039' 03", an
arc distance of 86p.57 feet;
Thence South 490 40' 37" West, a distance of 242.37 feet;
Thence North 40000' 43" West, a distance of20 feet;

Beginning at the intersection of a line that is 791.25 feet east of and parallel with the east line of
said South "E" Street and a line that 50 feet south of and parallel with the north line of said Lot
23;
Thence South 000 0 I' 14" East, along said line parallel with the centerline of South "E" Street, a
distance of 420 feet;
Thence North 890 45' 15" East, parallel with said north line of Lot 23, a distance of 150 feet;
Thence North 000 01' 14" West, parallel with said centerline of South "E" Street, a distance of
40 feet;
Thence North 590 47' 52" East, a distance of 170 feet to a point on a line that is parallel with the
easterly line of Parcell of said Parcel Map No. 5284;
Thence North 30012' 08" West, along said parallel line, a distance of340.61 feet more or less,
to a line that is 50 feet south of and parallel with said north line of Lot 23;
Thence South 890 44' 15" West, along said parallel line, a distance of 126.55 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning;
ALSO RESERVING unto said City, non-exclusive rights of ingress and ingress to and from
those portions described herein for Animal Control Operations.
