Attached for your information is a copy of the correspondence sent to Marmac Engineering regarding the recordation of the easement documents. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Edison has abandoned the project and has instructed Marmac Engineering to stop all pending projects, including recordation of existing documents. At this time, it is uncertain when the project will be complete.
