RESOLUTION NO. 2000-235
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING RIGHT
OF WAY BOUNDARIES FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES FOR ORANGE
SHOW ROAD ACROSS CITY OWNED PROPERTY BETWEEN EAST TWIN CREEK
FLOOD CONTROL CHANNEL AND W ATERMAN AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the right of way boundaries for Orange Show Road across City owned
property, between the East Twin Creek Flood Control Channel and Waterman A venue are hereby
established as described in the Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, and that the
same is set aside for public street and highway purposes.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution to be filed with the County Recorder's office of San Bernardino County.
