TUCKER FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS APN'S 0269-081-06, 4 07 AND 08, SAN BERNARDINO, AND DEDICATING THE PROPERTY FOR WATER DEPARTMENT USE. 5 6 WHEREAS, the San Bernardino Municipal Water Department is 7 involved in a project to clean up groundwater contamination in 8 the Bunker Hill Basin, in particular the Muscoy Operable Unit; 9 and 10 WHEREAS, the acquisition of APN's 0269-081-06, 07 and 08, 11 San Bernardino, are necessary for the placement of a treatment 12 plant. 13 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 14 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 15 SECTION 1. The City of San Bernardino hereby accepts the 16 Grant Deed from Richard R. Fiedler and Patricia J. Tucker for 17 property known as APN's 0269-081-06, 07 and 08, San Bernardino, 18 as set forth in Exhibit "1" attached hereto and incorporated 19 herein by reference as though fully set forth at length herein. 20 SECTION 2.
