HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000-199 - , - 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2000-199 2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO RESCINDING SECTIONS 2 AND 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 2000-176, 3 AUTIfORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN ANNUAL PURCHASE ORDER TO U.S. ARMOR FOR THREAT LEVEL III BALLISTIC VESTS, AND AUTIfORIZING TO READVERTISE FOR 4 BIDS FOR THREAT LEVEL 11 BALLISTIC VESTS. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 7 8 SECTION 1. That Sections 2 and 3 of Resolution No. 2000-176 are hereby rescinded. SECTION 2. That the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Annual Purchase Order to U.S. Armor in an amount "not to exceed" $20,000 for Threat Level III 9 ballistic vests, as a result of Bid No F-OI-03. 10 11 SECTION 3.
