RESOLUTION NO. 2000-93
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 1999-299 BY AMENDING THE GRANTEE AS SHOWN ON
3 EXHIBIT "B" OF SAID RESOLUTION AND THAT THE MAYOR BE AUTHORIZED
4 TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED GRANT DEED FOR SALE OF CITY PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF UNIVERSITY PARKWAY AND
5 KENDALL DRIVE IN SAID CITY.
6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
7 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 1999-299, is hereby amended as follows:
9 The grantee as shown on the Grant Deed which is Exhibit "B" of said Resolution
10 No. 1999-299, is hereby changed from HOWARD BERKSON to UNIVERSITY

COMMONS, LLC, a California limited liability company.

SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of said City, an amended Grant Deed, a copy of which
14
15 is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, relative to the sale of City
16 property located on the Northwest comer of University Parkway and Kendall Drive in
17 said City, more fully described in Exhibit "A" of said Grant Deed.
