RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO RECITING THE FACTS OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN THE SEVENTH WARD ON THE 7TH DAY OF MARCH 2000, DECLARING THE RESULTS THEREOF AND SETIING FORTH SUCH OTHER MATIERS AS ARE PROVIDED BY LAW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, a General Mqnicipal Election was held and conducted in the Seventh Ward of the City of San Bernardino on the 7th day of March, 2000; and WHEREAS, notice of said election was duly and regularly given in the time, form and manner as provided by law; voting precincts were properly established; election officers were appointed and in all respects said election was held and the returns made and declared in the time, form, and manner as required by the provisions of the Charter of the City of San Bernardino and the Elections Code of the State of California for the holding of public elections in the City of San Bernardino; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No, 1999-297, adopted on December 6, 1999, the Registrar of Voters of the County of San Bernardino canvassed the returns of said election and has certified the results to this City Council and said results are received, attached and made a part hereof as Exhibit A; 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2000-67 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO RECITING THE FACTS OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTIqN HELD IN THE SEVENTH WARD ON THE 7TH DAY OF MARCH 2000, DECLARING THE RESULTS THEREOF AND SETIING FORTH SUCH OTHER MATIERS AS ARE PROVIDED BY LAW. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino as follows: Section 1, That there were 1 I voting precincts established for the purpose of holding said election. Section 2, That said General Municipal Election was held for the purpose of electing a Council Member in the Seventh Ward, .
