RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
3 2000-355 ENTITLED IN PART, "RESOLUTION. . . AMENDING CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE. . .", BY AMENDING APPENDIX A TO ADD, DELETE AND

Consultant
Consultants shall be included in the list of designated employees and shall
disclose pursuant to the broadest disclosure category in the eode subject to the
following limitation:
The Mayor may determine in writing that a particular consultant,
although a "designated position," is hired to perform a range of duties that is
limited in seope and thus is not required to fully comply with the disclosure
requirements described in this section. Such written determination shall include
a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon that description, a
statement of the extent of disclosure requirements. The Mayor's determination is
a public record and shall be retained for public inspection in the same manner
and location as this conflict of interest code.

interest aggregating $1000 or more during the
reporting period; rental income and loans.

interest in your spouse's gross income
aggregating $250 or more received from any
source loeated in or doing business within the
jurisdiction of the City of San Bernardino; and,
